Damaged goods: if your order has arrived damaged we would be more than happy to send you a replacement at no charge to you. In order for us to do this please email email@example.com. com stating your order ref and photographic evidence of the damaged item.
Wrong delivery: we will not be held responsible for wrong delivery addresses. All items are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer. If a customer provides a wrong delivery address no refund will be issued. If you notice a wrong delivery address on your order confirmation please send us an email as soon as possible to change it, if it has not been dispatched we will change it at no extra cost, if it has already been dispatched we will not be held responsible.
Refunds: You may request a full refund on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
